How do I get to the hotel?

If you are flying in to JFK, LaGuardia or Newark take an airport taxi or Uber to Sheraton New York Times Square, 811 Seventh Avenue, New York. You could also rent a car and drive in. Try parking with https://spothero.com/nyc-parking

Whats included in the event registration?

All convention events including the Gala event, Manhattan cruise Thursday evening, breakfast & dinner Thursday through Saturday. Lunch is not included. 

What is the refund policy for the event?

If registration is cancelled by 30th of June 2019, you will be refunded 85%. If you need a refund please click the refund button and send us an email at [email protected]

can i book multiple rooms online?

Book hotel rooms using the Passkey link on the Registration Confirmation Page. You can only book one room at a time on passkey. If your party is large and you need to book more rooms (contact Sarah Louise at [email protected] who could arrange for connecting or adjacent rooms).

where is my refund?

The refunds are done offline. Apart for clicking refund on the site, please send us an email at [email protected]. Since we are doing it offline, you will receive a check in the mail. This will be processed after the convention.

i have children coming with me. how do they register?

Children between 2 years and 17 years can be registered under "Child". 
A child below 2 years, no need to register, they are Free. 
A child above 17 years can register as "Member guest". If you child happens to be a medical student or resident/ fellow they can register as "Medical students/ residents".
